To see through the illusion of duality, remember that fear and darkness have no substance in themselves, for they do not indicate the presence of a second universal force, but are only names given to the one Light unperceived.

If you want to see, then begin to see how you see.

Make sure you keep an inner state of flexibility, and are not tightly bound to your visions.

If you see the world and yourself through a lens smudged by negativity then you__l find much misery. If you look outwards and inwards through lens brightened by positivity you__l find much to be happy and appreciative about.
