And in the morning rising up a great while before day he went out and departed into a solitary place and there prayed.

Cause me to hear thy loving kindness in the morning.

Evening and morning and at noon will I pray.

In the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee.

Blessed is he that considereth the poor.

Let us now praise famous men and our fathers that begat us.

The poor always ye have with you.

He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord.

His countenance was like lightning and his raiment white as snow.

The poor will always be with you.

Whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap.

Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein.

He that loveth pleasure shall be a poor man.

Consider the lilies of the field how they grow they toil not neither do they spin. And yet I say unto you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord and that which he hath given will he pay him again.

I was eyes to the blind and feet was I to the lame.

The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb and the leopard shall lie down with the kid.

Peace be within thy walls and prosperity within they palaces.
