Many pastors have been reduced to secular "mentors" and "coaches" in exchange for authentic disciplers of men.

The cross has two sides to it. One side is what Jesus did for us. He forgave us our sins. The other is the God side. God now lives in man!

Jesus did not command us to "develop" leaders. He commanded us to make "disciples". The world "develops" leaders, the Church "disciples" them. The two are not the same.

Authentic leaders are often accused of being "controlling" by those who idly sit by and do nothing

I find that I keep offering God my service when what He wants is my fellowship

The Church is Christ__ witness to the world of a loving savior and His redemptive plan for man.
