Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour wherewith shall it be salted?

A prophet is not without honour save in his own country and in his own house.

Ask and it shall be given you seek and ye shall find knock and it shall be opened unto you.

Our Father which art in heaven Hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory for ever. Amen.

Every one that asketh receiveth and he that seeketh findeth.

Unto every one that hath shall be given and he shall have abundance but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.

Take heed that ye do not your alms before men to be seen of them.

When thou doest alms let not thy left hand know what they right hand doeth.

Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

What therefore God hath joined together let not man put asunder.

Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Strait is the gate and narrow is the way which leadeth unto life.

If the blind lead the blind both shall fall into the ditch.

Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Cae-

Pearl of great price.

Neither cast ye your pearls before swine.

Judge not that ye be not judged.

I was an hungered and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty and ye gave me drink. I was a stranger and ye took me in.
