People fail to realize that horror isn__ just monsters and death. Sometimes, it__ learning to accept the darkness of human nature.

But the biggest clue seemed to be their expressions. They were hard to explain. Good-natured, friendly, easygoing...and uninvolved. They were like spectators. They were already trying not to have any thoughts about their work on the job.

When our emotional health is in a bad state, so is our level of self-esteem. We have to slow down and deal with what is troubling us, so that we can enjoy the simple joy of being happy and at peace with ourselves.
