complacency

Both tears and sweat are salty. but none of them are faulty. the tears can get you somewhere, the sweat will make you only wet.

During my time in the military it was always preached that complacency could kill you, literally.Complacency - a feeling of smug or uncritical satisfaction with oneself or one's achievements.In your business and life complacency can kill as well, it can kill your aspirations, your goals, but more importantly it can kill your dreams.Take time to celebrate the wins, but keep moving forward, don't get complacent.
