Why is hard to believe than to doubt?

Every experience is worthy while.

A four-year-old has so little past, and he remembers almost none of it, neither the father he once had nor the house where he once lived. But he can feel the absences _ and feel them as sensation, like a texture that was once at his fingers every day but now is gone and no matter how he gropes or reaches his hand he cannot touch what__ no longer there.

Eventually, it boils down to two choices _ do I wish to experience this physical reality primarily through joy or do I want to experience it through suffering? That__ all there is to it. And since each person eventually works their way toward the realization that conscious expansion can happen through joy rather than suffering _ enlightenment is a natural byproduct.

The value of experience is not in seeing much, but in seeing wisely.

You weren't there.

In my experience, it is always worth it to find the love that lives inside you. No matter how deep you have to dig sometimes.

Whatever you experience is what you must feel.

Chuang-tzu once told a story about two persons who both lost a sheep. One person got very depressed and lost himself in drinking, sex, and gambling to try to forget this misfortune. The other person decided that this would be an excellent chance for him to study the classics and quietly observe the subtleties of nature. Both men experience the same misfortune, but one man lost himself because he was too attached to the experience of loss, while the other found himself because he was able to let go of gain and loss.

I embrace my experience and value my wisdom.

It is not about what you lose when it is over. Far more, it is about what you gain during the journey!

You may never live long enough to discover who you are, but by the time you reach middle age you will hopefully realize who you are not.
