I am trying to find a midway between Buddha and Brutal Existence.

Some expectation are inevitable but the problem happens when we are not able to measure the likelihood of reciprocation or fulfillment. We fail as measuring instruments, and so we drag & impose our expectations and ourselves along.

Laughter is a threat to aging.

Because we idealize Giving so much, we ignore the ability, blessing, and duty to Receive.

We are all tips of the iceberg.

Do not give up on yourself as you encounter your worst version and do not take it easy as you experience your higher self.

Talking empties you of the noisy silence within.

No one taught us how to address our impulses. No one.

Your weakest version and highest self both live within you. Yes they do.

When you lose everything, you are free. You become a receiver.

There are misplaced expectations, once you recognize those, you are only left with smart ones. To "expect yourself" to expect nothing (from others) is going against human psychology. Expectation is the root of all valid transactions and fulfillment.

Zero Expectations? What's that? I believe in Smart Expectations.

Right expectations, from the right people at the right time, that__ the art of expecting.

Progress is a collection of expectations set and met.

Make information your servant, perspective your reward, and openness your principle.
