Become so strong and grounded in your own self that when someone walks out on you it is they who should regret not you.When someone leaves you at your weakest moment you feel that the sky has fallen on you. A feeling of being dumped after being used fills you; your very being cries out from deep within.That is the time you have to become strong- which you are. It is they who have been mean, broken your trust, shattered the faith you had in them and generally behaved like rats on a sinking ship. That__ when you should understand that you are no sinking ship but a properly grounded person, someone to whom everyone turns for help or advice and a lighthouse which has guided many ships during storms.Let them find out that you don__ break down so easily- you are made of much sterner stuff. It is they that have lost a good friend, an able guide, a reliable companion and a very strong person. It is they who should feel lost and at sea. Good riddance. Move on and shine bright.

Look for love in the most likely places, the places you love to visit and like to stay on for some more time. Just be your natural self- the real you- and believe me love will come waltzing in to the tune of your favourite song.

The one who loves you has the right to tick you off, to correct you when you go wrong and admonish you when you repeat.

How inspiringly beautiful it is to bloom inspite of life__ storms.

Dream big and dream of a beautiful world where the sun always shines; where everyone sports a smile; where sorrow doesn__ come knocking on any one__ door; where there is plenty of love and where time stands still to watch you enjoy life.Dream of a peaceful world, a world where children retain their innocence and are not violated even before they bloom; where love exists in its true form and breakups are never heard of; where families grow instead of shrinking; where loneliness doesn__ exist and old age is spent enjoying the fruits of love that you sowed.Dream of a world where unselfishness and selflessness rule the roost; where we are not divided on the basis of colour or creed, instead we treat each other with love and respect; where there is equality in everything and the line between the haves and have not's doesn__ exist. Such a world will bring Heaven on Earth.Fly out on the wings of imagination to build such a world and let not even the sky be your limit.

We all are busy in our lives handling our homes, work, various issues, ailments and so on_ sometimes we don__ have a second to spare even for our own selves, so caught up with life we are_But, despite our problems, despite the pressure of anything, despite all kinds of challenges we face in our daily lives, if we can still just pause and stop to look at someone else__ problems, if we can just smile at the other person, believe me, we would have not only made someone__ day but will also feel that our own burden has become lesser and our problems may not appear to be that big after all! That__ the beauty of caring for others. Have you noticed how much at peace those people are who walk up to a perfect stranger and lend a helping hand, without being asked to and without expecting anything in return? That is what unconditional caring for others and helping others do to you. That is what service, good deeds and kindness do; they help the receiver as well as the giver.

I appreciate all those who are fighting to stay positive, kind and gentle in the midst of negative people. A single lamp is enough to lighten a room full of darkness; so also one single kind hearted positive person is enough to ward off all the negative, critical and difficult people. Shine on.

Broken hearts behave in a million different ways- some of them are most unpredictable. More often than not such persons build walls around them and drive their loved ones crazy with their erratic behavior. Don__ give up on them at this time; it is now that they need you the most. Give them time and space. Then nurse them, mend their broken feathers and send them on their way fully recovered ready to face the world.

Sending love to all those who are trying their best to be nice and gentle despite being in the midst of negative as well as critical people_

Be appreciative about others, don__ criticize or crib about them. Gossiping will only fill you with negativity. Speak well about others. Positivity begets positivity. Don__ be in a hurry to pass judgment or criticize, check yourself before you do. It__l pass- once you make a deliberate effort to be positive. If you can__ speak well of others then you have no right to speak ill either. A critical attitude spoils everything. You aren__ happy; in turn you don__ give your best, resultantly you get ticked off. Because you get ticked off you crib and criticize little realizing that you started this vicious circle in the first place. What, then, is the solution? It__ simple. Learn to see the good in everything and, more importantly, ignore the bad. Don__ go to the garden to see only those patches where there__ no grass, the beds where the flowers have not been able to bloom or the places where there are overgrown hedges. Instead go to relax, see the flowers in full bloom. Be thankful that you have sight to see things- you are not blind. Don__ criticize the elevator that broke down this morning- be thankful that you are strong enough to climb stairs. Don__ find fault with your boss and your job- be grateful that you have a job. Don__ look at the world through a tainted window- clean it first and you will realize that it__ bright and sunny outside.

Though problems have the eerie ability to pull us down but I am my own hope and I can__ let myself down.

Acceptance made her realize that she had it in her to boldly and gracefully handle her own life. She found that she could lead a much better life if she let go of her past and started living in the __resent_ .For the first time, in a long time, she found everything was so inspiring.She fell in love with life by growing Wings !!!

None of us is perfect, yet some of us seek perfection in others and that is the root cause of broken relationships as well as misery. We should rather focus on making relationship perfect by filling it with love, understanding and mutual respect. Like it is said that soul mates are not met they are made.

Despite your pains and your problems you can still be kind to others as they are not responsible for your misery.

2. We experience bouts of depressions at times. Those are the times when we feel that we just want to lie low or become invisible. There__ nothing wrong in that. We are after all human beings. But to remain in that state forever is not advisable. Get up, get over it, pick up your life and start living once again. You have it in you, so chin up and cheer up.

Never lose faith in God. Remember that He is always there by our side watching over us and steering us in the right direction. We are continuously evolving into better human beings and growing spiritually. It is during this process of evolution that we become confused, restless, depressed and even hostile because we are not aware of this change in us. We may even feel that God has forsaken us- which couldn__ be farther from the truth, because He will never leave you, no matter how difficult the times may be. It is this ignorance that is the cause of all our miseries and confusions; the realization comes only once we share our worries with someone knowledgeable who tells us about God and His mysterious ways of working. So never lose faith, always repose your trust in God.

God always answers our prayers; if there is a delay, it is because He has something better in mind for us. Don__ give up- we commit the mistake of giving up too soon thinking that God has forgotten us little realizing that He never forsakes His children. If you feel your prayers have not been answered, then keep praying, increase the intensity of your prayers till He gives you what you want.

Difficult times always make us realize the true value of good times. Only a hungry person can appreciate the taste of a loaf of bread- however hard and old that loaf may be. Only a homeless person can truly appreciate the value of a roof over the head- even if it__ in an old unpainted building. Only the blind can appreciate the true value of sight- even if it__ hazy. And so on. So problems and difficulties teach us to better appreciate the good times. They are very important or else our lives would be partial. God is ALWAYS with us; never think, even in your wildest dreams, that He can ever forsake us. If you have been through only good times, you may have forgotten Him, because you were too busy celebrating and enjoying life. He was always there watching over you and keeping you out of harm__ way. It is only during your difficult times that you turn to Him. When things get out of hand you started cribbing and complaining that He has left you to the wolves. No, that__ not true; He was and is always there by your side. He__ now busy solving your problems and showing you a way out of the mess you are in. It is, perhaps, His way of showing the other side of life; of making you realize that things do go wrong and sunshine as well as rain should be taken in your stride. He sends rain to you to make you appreciate the warmth of sunny days. He puts you through difficult times to teach you the value of good times. It__ His way of teaching you to see the silver lining. You will not crib about the huge electricity bill, because you are earning enough to afford a good house with lights and heating gadgets to keep it warm. You will not feel irritated with the out of tune singer in the row behind you because it means that you can hear well. You will not feel miffed with your daughter for having dropped coffee on your clothes, because it means you have a family to come home to. Appreciate what you have and have thank the Lord for all that He has given you instead of crying for what you don__ have.
