Some of the most memorable paths I've taken have been detours.

Happiness isn__ the reward we retrieve after a long struggle. It arrives daily, in those clear moments when our hearts are tender, pricked by the embrace of a loved one, the beauty of a single flower, the majesty of the world in which we are central. Look over your shoulder at how far you__e come and all the good things you__e experienced and that is when you will see the smiling face of happiness.

The roadmap to a rich, rewarding life is to follow your passion, to be willing to deviate, to never dull to the dawn of a new day and all of the possibilities it holds for adventure and discovery.

If your life is not an adventure then you are not truly alive.

If you knew what lies ahead on the path, it would not be an adventure, now would it?

Want more energy? Drink water. Sleep deep. Love passionately. Eat clean. Forgive completely. Create something new.

An attitude is more important that circumstances. More powerful than the past, education, finances, successes, failures, or opinions. Attitude can make or break any situation. So when you face a problem remember that your problem is not your problem. Your real problem is your attitude toward your problem. Because your attitude reveals the real you, it determines your successes and failures in every undertaking.

We are also not what others think of us. Our reputations do not define our true worth. Every person we know has an opinion of us. We drive ourselves crazy wondering what those opinion are and trying to change the ones that aren__ favorable.

Ever felt like you are more than flesh and bones and blood that decay back into cosmic dirt? You are. Your existence did not begin with your birth and it will not end with your death. Your soul lived before and will live on and on and on...so what you do now matters later. Choose wisely.

Meaning is often found embedded in the silent moments of our lives when we can hear and see what matters most, the things audible and visible only to the spirit.

You want to be loved? Love yourself first and passionately. Forgive yourself readily. Care for every part of you. Only when you love yourself do you have love to give to others.

When you understand what you__e truly worth, who is going to be able to make you feel worthless? No one.

No good can come from beating ourselves up for falling down__or feeling unhappy when we want to feel just the opposite.

You do not need permission to be you. Just be your authentic, brilliant, one-soul-only self. You are a marvel. Act like it!

To understand God we must understand ourselves. If I give you an apple and ask you, __hat is that?_ you reply, __n apple.___ow do you know it__ an apple?___ecause it just is.___ow did it get to be an apple?___t came from an apple.___xactly. So when I ask you, __hat are you?_ you can honestly say, __ am a child of God because I came from God.
