Art is nothing but the expression of our dream; the more we surrender to it the closer we get to the inner truth of things, our dream-life, the true life that scorns questions and does not see them.

Merleau-Ponty's painting inhabits the same rhetoric as early cinema: it makes the invisible visible, or rather it makes visibility visible; it forms from the thresholds of the visible and invisible world, an order, mode, or aesthetic of visuality. Not only of the small or fast, but of visibility as such. The visuality of the visible and the invisible is found in the mixture of the body and its world, of your body and your world, all your worlds, all your bodies in this world and all those others. Painting is the process by which the visuality of the visible and invisible is made manifest: "Painting mixes up all our categories in laying out its oneiric universe of carnal essences, of effective likenesses, of mute meanings." Each painting is a universal archive, a picture of the universe, a universal image__nd like a dream.

I couldn__ decide whether it was better to be the art, or the artist.

Every second vibrates within our Present moment, our now. In one split second of awareness, we can create a Life full of Light, Joy, and Love.

If exercise was sold in the pill form, it would be the number pill sold throughout the world because the benefits are endless.

Practice transforms a skill into an art

Publishing is a business and writing is an art. The two have to be crammed together despite the clearly different motivations behind them.

Business art is the step that comes after art. I started as a commercial artist, and I want to finish as a business artist. Being good in business is the most fascinating kind of art. During the hippie era people put down the idea of business. They__ say __oney is bad_ and __orking is bad_. But making money is art, and working is art - and good business is the best art.

Art is the beautiful way of doing things. Science is the effective way of doing things. Business is the economic way of doing things.

You can't force creatives into a box. If you try, they'll no longer be creative. And no one will want your box.

If we have received a precious gift from God, it is our imagination. When we tap into our powers of imagination, we are bombs of possibilities.

I don__ want to see landscapes, i.e. scenic paintings of them, because I don__ want to see the original realities _ as optical effects that is. I want to see the deeper reality underlying the scenic, the expression of what are sometimes called abstract imaginings. The __imply natural_ is interesting no longer.
