Last weekend, grandad and I sat on the porch in silence at sunset.We admired the grapes hanging on the vines. Time passed and it did not matter. That moment was precious, that moment was to be cherished. That moment was a healer. That moment was rich, comfortable and words were unneeded. We had each other sitting side by side and the luxury of a moment lived in its full presence. That is all that mattered.The best things in life are really free.

Because change creates opportunity, when we do it through purpose and awareness, we are working with the fates, and in turn they smile upon us.

We must each achieve greater individual consciousness and self-knowledge, and project mindful kindness toward everything and everyone.

Think before you click. If people do not know you personally and if they cannot see you as you type, what you post online can be taken out of context if you are not careful in the way your message is delivered.

We must quit thinking we know everything, and quit placing "knowledge" over kindness and compassion.

Every second vibrates within our Present moment, our now. In one split second of awareness, we can create a Life full of Light, Joy, and Love.

Live now, enjoy Life now! Love now, for this now is the precious moment that is creating our lives. Each now is unique -- it won__ come back in time. In it we leave a footprint, and within that impression are the actions we leave behind. Each step we take, we leave a mark. The path is created by the steps a person takes while walking it.

We must question every inner-belief we possess without fear or attachment.

Random thought fills the streambed, cascading with care and spilling over the flood plain until bifurcation forces it to arc and fork into a single, determined stream.

My friends think I'm outgoing, but I don't travel as much outside as I do from the inside.
