Because you see, when you__e a strong person, people often look to you to take care of them. People look to you for help. People look to you for strength.And when your life spins out of control, it__ as if their lives are tied to your own and will come crashing down with yours.

Sometimes it's better to end something & try to start something new than imprison yourself in hoping for the impossible.

Don't focus on who let you down. Appreciate who lifted you up. Don't focus on who darkened your days. Appreciate who brightened them.

Just as physical wounds heal at different rates in different people, so do emotional wounds. Everyone has different needs and speeds.

The world was a tough and unfair place, but even the most hardened soul likes to chew on fruit.

We all have problems. Or rather, everyone has at least one thing that they regard as a problem.

You are stronger than your challenges and your challenges are making you stronger.

No matter what the day brings and no matter how hard life hits you, if you can breathe, smile and keep moving on! Once you have life, know that God is alive!

The only way to cry your eyes out and laugh your ass off at the same time is to have your mom or girlfriends present. Without them, the laughing part wouldn't be nearly as fun.
