Love is proved the moment you let go of someone because they need you to.

Every negative complex of emotion conceals a conflict, a problem or dilemma made up of contradictory or opposing motives or desires. Self-observation must recover these emotional seeds of the dramatization of life if real control of habits is to occur. Otherwise, mere control of habits will itself become a form of dramatized conflict or warfare with the motives of our lives. Food desires, sex desires, relational desires, desires for experience and acquisition, for rest, for release, for attention, for solitude, for life, for death, the whole pattern of desires must come under the view of consciousness, the aspects of the conflicts must be differentiated, and habits must be controlled to serve well-being or the pleasurable and effective play of Life.This whole process is truly possible only in the midst of the prolonged occasion of spiritual life in practice, since the mere mechanical and analytical attempts at self-liberation and self-healing do not undermine the principal emotion or seat of conflict, which is the intention to identify with a separate self sense and to reject and forget the prior and natural Condition of Unqualified or Divine Consciousness.

Regardless of the religious tradition, spiritual path, or personal perspective we choose to embrace, the potential exists for it to encourage and uplift every aspect of our being and to affect the types of goals we may choose to set for ourselves.

Food for the ego is poison for the soul.

My path is not a better path, it is simply a different path.

The more deeply we dive, the less we mind upsetting waves, finding within intimate relationship an increasingly compelling invitation to seek and find freedom through our shared heart, our shared body, our shared limitations, our shared boundlessness, our shared mortality, our shared yes, our shared being, our shared all...P.14

Everything will be okay as soon as you are okay with everything. And that is the only time everything will be okay.

Intuition goes before you, showing you the way. Emotion follows behind, to let you know when you go astray. Listen to your inner voice. It is the calling of your spiritual GPS system seeking to keep you on track towards your true destiny.

Do we find ourself or does our self get demolished?

We are all butterflies. Earth is our chrysalis.

Remember seeker, our earthly perceptions of reality are just an illusion.

It is one thing to lose people you love. It is another to lose yourself. That is a greater loss.

Vibrate higher daily.

Peace and supreme joy may seem like end-states to practitioners on more difficult spiritual paths, but the path of devotion should be filled with peace and joy from the very beginning. Their absence is an indication that something is amiss. (125)

[A] practitioner of any spiritual path must have complete confidence that his adopted path is, for him, superior to all others. (57)

Be open to the possibility that there are other paths available to you in relating to yourself and to another.

When you are on the spiritual path, and you are looking for the answers outside, there is an ample of reasons, for you to deviate from the path. The path of the ultimate truth is straight way inside

To live a life without awakening is to leave it as it was begun.
