My job as a coach isn't to 'fix' people it is to 'break' them and empower them to connect to their spirit and trust that they will be re-built into a new improved version given a little time and patience.

Then he realized: 'I, indeed, am this creation; for I have poured it forth from myself.' In that way he became this creation. And verily, he who knows this becomes in this creation a creator.

I love and care for everyone because I know the pain of being unloved and uncared.

Like the medieval cartographers of Europe, who felt one would fall into endless space at the edges of the oceans of their maps, we fear the presumed nothingness of no-self. Fortunately, there have been many spiritual circumnavigators who have returned to tell the tale of the beauty beyond self.

Love is that which gives of itself, not because anyone needs it or deserves it, but because that is what love does.

The 2 extremes, neither one worse than the other: the result of bad religion is self-loathing and violence; the result of bad spirituality is self-worship and narcissism.

When you find your path in life and are in sync with your primary missions in this lifetime, everything else just falls into place.

X-sacred.

To talk of humans as 'transcendent' is not to ascribe to them spiritual properties. It is, rather, to recognize that as subjects we have the ability to transform our selves, our natures, our world__n ability denied to any other physical being.

Discovering and fulfilling your personal destiny is life__ ultimate challenge and its greatest reward.

I am not my opinion of myself, I am not anything I can describe to me. I am only a part of a large system that cannot describe itself fully; therefore, I relax and I am in the point source of consciousness, of delight, of mobility, in the inner spaces. My tasks do not include describing me nor having an opinion about the system in which I live, biological or social or dyadic. I hereby drop that "responsibility".I am much more than I can conceive or judge me to be. Any negative or positive opinions I have of me are false fronts, headlines, limited and unnecessary programmes written on a thin paper blowing about and floating around in the vastness of inner spaces.

Seek the spirituality of your soul.

If you want to make dough, do a bun dance.

To control your life, control your mind. To control your mind, control your breath.

Do not avoid doing what you love because you fear that it will only result in poverty or lack. If you fear this, then this is exactly what will happen.

Often success goes hand-in-hand with the sum total of sexual activity in your life.

The universe is infinite, and the experiences and opportunities available to us are likewise.

By fully experiencing and going beyond an emotional block - through the layers of doubt and fear - you experience the emotion of who you truly are.
