Love is the highest form of meditation.

When you can no longer tell the difference between being yourself and being love, you are not far from waking up.

Meditation is an excellent habit and tool for transformation, however your __ractice_ should eventually evolve into your natural primary state of being.

True oneness is found in quiet meditation with nature.

I feel part of the environment, not separate from it, as though I__ at home rather than visiting__s though I__ tapped into some eternal omnipresence beyond the transient physical forms.

Upon entering into the divine domain of transcendence, all these religious founders truly felt that they had accessed the true meaning of the universe, while in reality, what they had access to, in that state of mind, was their inner self.

And suddenly you realize: you are in every dot of the universe vanishing and arising.

Non-doing simply means letting things be and allowing them to unfold in their own way.

The self, when confined into the usual wakeful state of consciousness, is human, but when enters into the transcendental state of Absolute Oneness, becomes God.

Meditation is to understand that one breath, which connects all beings.

Meditation is about mindfulness and learning to strip away the illusion, revealing your authentic self and connectedness to everything and everyone.

When you reach a calm and quiet meditative state, that is when you can hear the sound of silence.

Our culture values independence and isolation far too much, it seems to me--we have a hard time making ourselves part of things, of making ourselves responsible to others, and trusting others to be there for us. Sure, there's pain involved if we get hurt, but there's far more pain in isolation. I love community because God gave us other people to live with, not to pull away from, and I learn so much from others that I can't imagine my life without the learning I've gained from getting to know other people.

Each person you meetis an aspect of yourself,clamoring for love.

Know your real Self, beyond who you think you are.

I am who I am', said God to Moses regarding His name,because none was worth to be compared to His godhead.

We are all a little schizophrenic. Each of us has three different people living inside us every day__ho you were, who you are and who you will become. The road to sanity is to recognize those identities, in order to know who you are today.

Some say one thing and do another. Others say one thing and do it just for spite. I say far too much and do whatever the hell I want.
